Katie launched her career in banking in 2016, but her entrepreneurial spirit and drive for making a difference led her to establish The Mortgage Social in April 2022.

 

Based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, Katie is fuelled by a passion for helping people unlock their property dreams. She combines her deep industry expertise with a vibrant, friendly approach and is known for making the mortgage process seamless and stress-free, delivering tailored advice with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to her clients’ success.

When she’s not busy crafting solutions for her clients, Katie is all about living life to the fullest—whether it’s smashing goals on the netball court, pushing limits at the gym, or enjoying great times with friends.

Ellie (She/Her) joined The Mortgage Social in November 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in financial services. CeMAP qualified since 2020, she has been dedicated to the mortgage sector since 2019, combining her strong industry expertise with a passion for making the homeownership journey clear and accessible. Ellie’s caring, personalised approach ensures clients receive tailored advice and support, empowering them to achieve their property dreams with confidence.

Based in Lilbourne, Rugby, Ellie leads an active and creative life. She’s a talented baker, crafting everything from wedding cakes to biscuit favours, and enjoys paddle boarding and exploring vintage interiors. At home, she shares her life with three cats—Acorn, Sinclair, and Raspberry—and her Jack Russell, Phoebe.
